The filter process

Because of our extensive network of accountants, banks, brokers - indeed anyone who has connections with SME businesses - we see around 3,000 business plans a year. These come from across the country and across all sectors and size ranges. We filter these down so that only the best get presented to you, taking the real slog out of finding the right business.

Before you see a business plan, we will have interviewed the management team, looked at their business and financial strategy, and made sure that they understand what you will be looking for and what selling equity will really mean to them.
