To be successful in Beers, you might think that at the top of the list would be a thorough understanding of company finance. Indeed, while this is essential there are more important attributes. Most important is the ability of any Associate to make and strengthen contacts among new and existing investors, and indeed our professional contacts. He or she needs to capitalise on the high reputation and profile of Beers, and will spend most of their time getting in front of people. As in any modern financial environment there are many restrictions imposed by the Regulators, as well as ourselves; this means that our Associates need also to be highly professional, compliant and ethical.
